    Roles and Responsibilities

    Respond to customer questions across all the channels (primarily email, social media and Website Chat).
    Content Creation for multiple communication channels

    Preferred Qualification

    Should have prior experience in handling Consumer Queries via emails/Social Media/Phone Call.
    Excellent command over English (Speaking and Writing both).
